Tropical storm Hagibis

As you can see, tropical storm Hagibis is moving north or north-northwest slowly. It has been strengthening in the afternoon and evening. The outer rainbands starts to bring some scattered showers to Hong Kong. The weather of Hong Kong is expected to be cloudy tomorrow. The path of the storm is still uncertain. If the subtropical ridge located at the northwest Pacific Ocean intensifies, Hagibis may travel closer towards Hong Kong. The probability of hoisting the Strong Wind Signal No.3 tomorrow is 30%(not the official data). Please be alert and avoid swimming in exposed areas.
